J & K Sales, Inc., Campton, Kentucky, USA - J & K Sales will fix most Newton MP2x00 problems for a reasonable fee. The company also offers a MP2000 to MP2100 upgrade and SER-001 board installation. They also sell MP2x00 units and accessories.
Frank Gruendel, Germany - Frank will fix most eMate and Newton problems for a negotiable fee. He has quite a collection of spare parts, and has also written a variety of self-repair articles for his website.
Ferdi Ozguner, Alberta, Canada - Ferdi is able to do most repairs for MP2x00 machines. He can also install white blue or stock green backlights and accelerate MP2x00s to 220 MHz. He also will install the speed boost upgrade on eMate 300's as well as the aforementioned backlight services. He repairs any problem with the Newton 2000 or 2100 as well as being able to install the Hinge Repair on the eMate. Ferdi has also custom manufactured an emate ribbon display cable and offers these cables for $49 including shipping, he will also install this cable for users with this problem. Ferdi also rebuilds battery packs for the Newton 2000/2100 and eMate.
